Bangtai Channel Freedom Door adopts a bi-directional automatic closing design, requiring no manual operation. When a vehicle hits the door, it automatically opens and, through a special hinge design, automatically closes after the vehicle leaves. The door body uses ABS polymer material or 304 stainless steel composite door panels to enhance insulation and heat preservation, reducing cold air loss.

ABS panels have excellent impact strength, good dimensional stability, good dyeability, good molding and machining performance, high mechanical strength, high rigidity, low water absorption, good corrosion resistance, and are non-toxic and odorless, meeting hygiene standards.

Bi-directional Opening and Automatic Reset

Using specially designed hinges, based on the eccentric shaft principle and self-resetting principle, relying on the door's own weight, the door can automatically close completely after a person or vehicle passes through.

Collision Resistance

Usually equipped with arched collision plates, with an impact resistance level of Grade A, able to withstand a certain degree of impact, aesthetically pleasing, and showing no obvious marks after impact.

Sealing Performance

The door body is embedded with tear-resistant, highly elastic, and low-temperature resistant sealing strips around the perimeter, capable of withstanding temperatures as low as -40 degrees Celsius, with functions of insect prevention, dust isolation, and windproofing, effectively maintaining environmental hygiene.

Visibility

Generally installed with imported transparent windows, such as scratch-resistant transparent polycarbonate windows, which have high transparency, are not easily broken, can prevent safety accidents caused by glass shattering and splashing, and facilitate observation of both sides of the door.
