Bangtai Intelligent Equipment (Shandong) Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Jiyang Chaoyue Machinery Factory, with more than ten years of processing and manufacturing experience. In 2015, it planned and established two business divisions: unloading platforms and passage doors, becoming a comprehensive enterprise integrating design and development, production and manufacturing, sales, and service.
The company is located in the Jibei Development Zone of Shandong Province, covering a total area of 6,000 square meters, with more than 50 employees. It has modern workshops, first-class production and testing equipment, an innovative management team, and a high-quality workforce.
The Unloading Platform Division is dedicated to becoming a one-stop leading supplier of logistics loading and unloading solutions. It has strong technical capabilities, excellent production equipment, advanced and reasonable processes, and comprehensive testing methods. The main production equipment includes 100 sets such as CNC machining centers, CNC plasma cutting machines, CNC boring and milling machines, and shot blasting and spraying equipment. Its main products include unloading platforms, dock levelers, sponge door seals, mechanical door seals, and inflatable door seals, with five major series and more than twenty varieties. With high-quality products, good reputation, and excellent service, the products are sold well in nearly thirty provinces, cities, and autonomous regions across the country.
The Logistics Passage Door Division is fully committed to innovation in technology and solutions in the passage door industry, always regarding product quality as the lifeblood of the enterprise. It specializes in manufacturing "Bangtai" brand various industrial and cold storage doors: products are divided into industrial overhead doors, insulated sliding doors, PVC rapid doors, wind-resistant rapid doors, zipper self-repairing rapid doors, insulated rapid doors, stacking doors, hard rapid doors, cold storage doors, and free doors, among multiple series and varieties.
