Over more than a decade, Jiyang Chaoyue Machinery Factory focused on the field of machining and manufacturing, quietly cultivating and accumulating profound technical expertise and industry experience. During this period, the factory deeply researched various machining processes, from basic parts manufacturing to complex mechanical component processing, gradually establishing a mature production system and training a team of highly skilled workers, laying a solid foundation for subsequent business expansion and upgrades.
Strategic Transformation and New Structure Establishment (2015)

By 2015, the market environment underwent profound changes, and the industry’s demand for intelligent and specialized logistics and industrial equipment gradually emerged. Based on keen insight into market trends, the company’s decision-makers decisively made strategic adjustments, planning the enterprise as a whole and establishing two business divisions: the unloading platform and the passage door. On May 11, 2016, Bangtai Intelligent Equipment (Shandong) Co., Ltd. was officially registered and established (formerly known as Jinan Tuobida Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd.). This was an important milestone in the company’s development history. The company is located in the Jibei Development Zone of Shandong Province, covering a total area of 6,000 square meters, equipped with modern workshops and first-class production and testing equipment, providing hardware support for large-scale production and high-quality product manufacturing.

In terms of team building, the company gathered an innovative management team and a high-quality workforce, with more than 50 employees at that time. The management team, relying on rich industry experience and forward-thinking, formulated a series of development strategies and operational plans that met market demands; meanwhile, employees diligently performed their duties, turning innovative ideas into actual productivity. During this period, the company’s business gradually got on track, with core products covering industrial doors, electric doors, metal doors and windows, glass doors and windows, food machinery, logistics equipment, unloading platforms, lifting work platforms, saw benches, etc., and began to engage in import and export business.
