1. Product Description

Door seals are sealing devices used at shipping docks between the shipping opening and loading/unloading trucks to reduce air convection between inside and outside, preventing external dust and debris from entering indoors. According to different dock heights, vehicle types, and door opening sizes, door seals are divided into three main categories: sponge door seals, mechanical door seals (also called door hoods), and inflatable door seals. They are basically suitable for various occasions and can meet the usage needs of the vast majority of customers.

2. Mechanical Door Hood Structure and Materials

Door Hood Structure

Main structure: adopts aluminum alloy variable diamond structure, which effectively cushions vehicle impact after frontal collision; internally supported by shaped steel.

Door hood front (contact surface with vehicle compartment) - top curtain hangs down 1000mm.

Made of 3mm high-quality polyethylene fiber fabric with double reinforced inner mesh. It has high wear resistance, greatly extending the service life of the door hood, with surface corrosion resistance and antibacterial properties.

Door hood side - 600mm width.

Made of 0.5mm high-quality polyethylene fiber fabric, three-piece replaceable modules for easy future maintenance.

Surface treatment: corrosion resistant and antibacterial. The top curtain is fixed with elastic wind-resistant springs to effectively ensure sealing with the vehicle; the side curtain surface is coated with vehicle reversing guidance.

Operating temperature: from -30°C to 70°C.

Excellent sealing performance: special design allows effective sealing of gaps during vehicle loading and unloading, preventing air, moisture, and dust infiltration, improving indoor working environment quality, and helping maintain the quality of goods in the warehouse.

Safe and environmentally friendly: mechanical door seals are equipped with warning strips on both sides for alerting purposes; the lower part can be fitted with anti-collision buffer blocks and reversing limiters to ensure the safety of personnel and vehicles. Meanwhile, the materials mostly comply with relevant environmental standards, being non-toxic and odorless.
