1. Product Description

The insulated lifting door is an ideal solution for cold chain logistics and cold storage shipping dock doors. It features a vertical or folding lifting design, allowing the door to retract upward along the track, significantly saving space on both sides of the door opening. The door panel is made of polyurethane composite material, with a core filled with high-density polyurethane foam, offering excellent wind resistance and efficient thermal insulation, suitable for harsh conditions ranging from -20°C to 50°C. The door is precisely balanced through a torsion spring system or counterweight device, and its diverse track systems and lifting methods can be flexibly customized according to building structure and space constraints.

2. Classification and Lifting Methods

Based on different operating methods, cold chain insulated lifting doors mainly include standard lifting doors, vertical lifting doors, high-lift doors, sliding doors, and sectional lifting doors. The specific lifting method is chosen depending on door opening size, overhead space, side space, and installation depth. For example, standard lifting is suitable for overhead space of 200-300mm, while vertical lifting is suitable for scenarios where the overhead space is greater than or equal to the door opening height.

Excellent thermal insulation performance with double-layer steel plates filled with high-density polyurethane insulation, significantly reducing heat loss; outstanding noise isolation with galvanized pulley seats equipped with adjustable ball bearings and wear-resistant rubber wheels, ensuring quiet door operation; superior airtightness with high-quality rubber seals at the top, bottom, and sides of the door panels, and reliable sealing between panels. The door can be equipped with a pedestrian door for evacuation purposes.

Equipped with anti-pinch strips and dual safety devices for obstacle detection and rebound, it effectively ensures the safety of personnel and vehicles.
