Its core function is to eliminate the height difference and gap between the truck compartment and the loading platform, achieving a smooth connection between the two, providing a safe and efficient transition passage for forklifts, pallet trucks, and personnel.

Thermal Insulation and Sealing

The cold chain telescopic platform combined with cold storage sliding doors and inflatable door seals can achieve full sealing of the unloading position. After the sliding door closes and drops to the pit bottom, it effectively blocks indoor and outdoor air convection, reducing energy loss. For scenarios with strict full cold chain requirements, a special pit design allows refrigerated trucks to park first, then open the truck door from the indoor side, minimizing the impact on the internal temperature of the vehicle.

Flexible Adjustment

The lifting height and telescopic length of the platform's lip are continuously adjustable, usually up to about 1000mm. The telescopic amount can be controlled according to the space occupied by cargo at the rear of the truck. Even if the truck's rear is fully loaded, loading and unloading can be completed with only a small lip overlap width.
