Load-bearing method

Bangtai sliding doors can be categorized into two weight-supporting configurations: bottom-supported and top-supported. Bottom-supported sliding doors rely on the bottom track for load-bearing and are guided from above, offering excellent durability and requiring minimal maintenance. Top-supported sliding doors, on the other hand, bear their weight at the top while being guided from below, resulting in low friction during operation and smooth, effortless opening.

Door frame material

Bangtai sliding doors primarily use three types of door frames: aluminum alloy, stainless steel, and galvanized steel sheet. Aluminum alloy frames are sturdy, lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, rust-resistant, and offer excellent sealing; stainless steel frames are robust and corrosion-free, but they are difficult to fabricate and relatively expensive; galvanized steel sheet frames are durable and cost-effective, yet prone to rust.
